Moms Night Out - Friday, May 8, 2026 at 5pm at Cava in Alliance Town Center
Scholé Classical Collective of North Fort Worth was founded from a love for the classical model of education and the belief that its strength lies in teaching with the grain of how children naturally grow and learn while pursuing restful learning, or scholé. This posture encourages contemplation, reflection, and meaningful conversation. Scholé cultivates deep, joyful learning that is free from anxiety and rich with delight. We embrace the trivium—the stages of Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric—as a framework for developing wisdom and understanding. We believe that less is often more. Simple tools, rich ideas, and meaningful practices, such as songs, memory work, and thoughtful discussion, help students build strong foundations for lifelong learning. As students mature, they are encouraged to ask questions, make connections, and express their ideas with clarity and conviction.
Because we are a cooperative community, parent involvement is essential. We believe parents are the primary educators of their children, and our collective exists to come alongside families with instruction, encouragement, and support.
We also seek to cultivate restful learning, an atmosphere marked by peace, unhurried reflection, and joy in discovery. Alongside academic growth, we encourage students to develop Christian virtues such as humility, perseverance, patience, and love.
Our Christian tutors love their subjects deeply and desire to see wisdom take root in every student. In all areas of learning, we encourage students to respond with wonder, gratitude, and worship.
The Shepherd program nurtures a foundation of joyful, wonder-filled learning. In these early years, children are naturally curious, eager to explore, and quick to delight in discovery. Our classes harness this God-given enthusiasm through hands-on activities, stories, songs, and creative experiences that help students absorb the building blocks of knowledge. Shepherd students engage in Memory Work that includes English Grammar, Math, Science, Scripture, Hymns, History, Geography, Latin, and Timeline. Through songs, repetition, and playful practice, students store essential facts and patterns that support deeper learning in the years ahead. Students also begin practicing early rhetoric skills through weekly presentations, building confidence and clarity in speaking. Because Scholé Classical Collective operates as a cooperative model, parents are required to be present and actively participate on all on-campus class days.
Scribes invites learners to grow beyond their foundational knowledge as they begin developing the art of logic, empowering them to connect ideas, ask meaningful questions, and step confidently into the next stage. In the Scribes program, 4th to 6th grade students learn grammar and writing using Claritas and Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) curricula. During this three-year program, students will master parts of speech, sentence diagramming and will write a variety of compositions, including a five-paragraph research paper. The two-hour class also includes fun, interactive math games.
The Scholars Program challenges rhetoric students to lead and excel in critical thinking, clear reasoning, and persuasive communication. They learn to express truth with clarity, beauty, and conviction, analyzing ideas, crafting logical arguments, and communicating with grace as they prepare to think deeply, live courageously, and serve faithfully.
Our upper-level program serves students in 7th grade and above, offering a rich, Christ-centered classical education. Students will study History, Geography, Anatomy and Biology, Latin, Logic, Literature discussions, and Writing, growing in both knowledge and communication skills.
This year includes a mixed-age group of 7th and 8th graders, fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment. Additional grades will be added as students progress, with expansion into older grades based on interest.
Our heart is to come alongside families, nurturing both the minds and faith of our students.
